 Reverie explores themes of memory, longing, and grief. It centers on the connection with loved ones who have passed away, exploring the metaphysical presence of ancestors. The movements symbolize holding the memory of an ancestor, longing for, and feeling their presence in what feels like lifelong grief.

Crossing Waters (2022)

Crossing Waters is a cultural reimagination piece inspired by the natural flow of water. The dancers perform Pangalay, the fingernail dance performed by communities in the Sulu Archipelago in the southern Philippines. The movements are slow and meditative, imitating the Sulu Sea combined with modern music and street dance styles.

Unveiling María Clara  /  Desvelando a María Clara (2022)


A self-reflective dance performance about my journey with Filipino folk dance, Spanish colonialism, catholicism, family, and self-acceptance. Told through contemporary Maria Clara style. This piece explores a journey of self-realization, anger, sorrow, and acceptance of the Spanish Philippines through movement.

This film is her first interpretation of Kathak-inspired movements, woven with Filipino fan dancing.
